2004 klippte JOHAN GALSTER sitt hår på sin favoritsalong i Köpenhamn. Stylisten visste att Johan var kemiingenjör och arbetade för Köpenhamns kommun för att se till att stora företag höll sig till sitt miljöansvar.
Hon ville veta om de produkter hon köpte levde upp till den marknadsföring de hade fått. Det Johan upptäckte ledde till starten av vad som har blivit ett av de mest inflytelserika organen, som ger råd till tillverkningsföretag om hälsoegenskaperna hos deras ingredienser i alla hårvårdsprodukter.
