We ship all our products from our warehouse in the Netherlands, depending on where you are placing an order from, the delivery time and carrier might vary. We offer FREE SHIPPING, and in most cases the delivery time is no more than 2-3 work days.

All prices are including VAT. If you order from Norway, all prices is including tax. We prepay tax though our carriers.
Returning the goods
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 30-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase. When an order is placed it will be automatically shipped, in some cases we will not be able to cancel an order before it ships.
This cooling-off period expires 30 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 30 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to email@example.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business attached in the order confirmation.
Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.
No right to cancellation
The following agreements cannot be cancelled:
Deliveries of sealed items which for health or hygienic reasons are not suitable to be returned, when the seal has been broken after delivery,
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
Right to make complaints
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
If you decide to send the items yourself, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.
We highly recommend that you use our free return slip. However, if you choose to use another option, please send the items to:

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you trade with us:
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with Omni Blonde A/S and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted.
In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.
We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.
We also use Klarna as one of our checkout providers. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout using Klarna is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
On omniblonde.com, the entity responsible for data is Omni Blonde A/S.
You are entitled to be told what details about you we process. If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for.
