Beatrice maria is a Berlin-based model and actress. Her acting credits include films, tv, and youtube series.
Having blonde hair is part of my identity. I am a very open and friendly woman. I normally wear my hair open with a bit of curl in the ends.
My hair is middle blonde with some lighter and darker highlights. I call it ‘beach hair’ colour. I feel like my hair colour underlines my personality—
I love to be positive and happy. I have always had blonde hair and would never change it to another hair colour.
I trust my colourist 100%. Blonde is a very special colour. I have a hairdresser in Sydney, and she is the only person I go to when I change my hair colour.
Once at a hair show, the hairdresser wanted to bleach my blonde hair even lighter. Unfortunately, he kind of burnt my hair and I lost a lot of
it. After the show, I got a Keratin treatment and some dark highlights. It took my hair some months to finally recover. Because of this bad experience, it’s hard to change colourists. My colourist advises me what to do with my hair. If needed, I will wait a longer period of time to fly back to Sydney so that I can see my hairdresser.
Too much sun and pool water is the worst for blonde hair. While sunbathing, I always try to use a cap or hat, and leave conditioner in my hair. I try to keep my bleached hair away from pool water and always use hydrating hair products to protect against potential dryness. Hair oil is my favourite—the smell is lovely, and it makes my hair healthy and shiny.
I love my Argan oil and my Tangle Teezer. When I feel that my hair needs a very good treatment, I clean my hair with Argan oil shampoo and use a hydrating hair masque afterwards (overnight). I got the tip to sleep with braided hair, so my hair won’t break during the night.
Then next morning, I wash my hair normally, then use my hair oil to keep the shine.
I love Cameron Diaz and Charlize Theron! They are so beautiful, and their blonde hair fits them perfectly. I feel like blonde hair attracts attention, and of course, that undelines your personal attractiveness, I reckon.
